The CMCE Future of Management Consultancy series of events is intended to monitor and explore the key trends impacting management consultancy which were identified in the CMCE report The Future of Management Consultancy published in October 2025.

This event will focus on one of the key trends identified in the report: the increased use by client of online marketplaces to source management consulting services. The increased availability and capabilities of these marketplaces for management consultants are making it easier for clients to find independent consultants and specialist consultancies particularly for engagements requiring specialist skills and experience.

We will look at the range of consulting marketplaces that are now available, why and when clients use them, and whioh of the marketplaces are likely to be the winners and losers of the developments that we have identified.
