Round Table: Measuring Management Consulting Performance

Part of our continuing series of events on Excellence in Consulting, this Round Table will examine how best consulting performance can be measured. Almost all consulting assignments will be delivered according to some form of requirement specification or remit but how can clients know that their consultants delivered the best value possible? Similarly, consulting firms will have their own performance criteria on which to manage promotions and development but do those match the value criteria of their clients?

The Management Consultancies Association estimates that the UK consulting sector grew by 18% in 2021 to £14.4 billion.

This level of investment by UK organisations makes it increasingly important that they are able effectively to assess the performance of their management consultants.

Our roundtable will explore ways in which they can achieve this.

We are pleased to be joined at the roundtable by Tilly Harvey-Godfrey of the Crown Commercial Service and Tom McCabe, a former partner in PwC, IBM and EY, who will give their views on measuring management consultancy performance and will then respond to questions from the roundtable participants.

If you would like to join the event, please click on the Book Now link above to register your interest. We will keep the numbers limited to ensure a highly interactive debate.
