Excellence in Consulting Round Table Report

In June 2022, CMCE conducted a roundtable discussion on the subject of Excellence in Consulting

The discussion focused on four topics that impact Excellence in Consulting:

• Consulting value
• Role of client staff
• Consultant performance
• Consultant accreditation 

The roundtable report summarises the key points discussed, and includes details of responses from members of the CMCE community to a series of survey questions which were posed in preparation for the roundtable.
